Results over 3 years :
- Acceleration of the restructuring process through a more rational, collaborative and better communicated plan focused on the customer journey. Implemented at General Management Committee level
- Complete structural overhaul and implementation of the new organisational strategy based on a four-stage customer journey (purchase – transport – stay – loyalty building)
- Appointment of a worldwide team of project and resource managers responsible for implementing priority structural projects
- Building of a collaborative ‘innovation platform’ designed to boost creativity and share ideas
- Design and management of a worldwide information and communication system aimed at giving regular updates on the upscaling process, acknowledging employees, generating interest and a sense of belonging and boosting engagement. This with the ultimate aim of producing an ever-evolving process designed to communicate with its employees, involve them and value them
- Progress presentations on priority projects to the General Management Committee to facilitate alignment, arbitration and good decision-making
