Deliverables:
Design integration process for new employees structured around four stages:
- Before arrival: prepare and inspire
- Arrival day and 1st month: discover and get-to-know period
- From 1st month to end of trial period: put into practice
- Post-trial period: develop and achieve greater autonomy
Establish a support system via mentoring
Launch a joint digital integration platform for employees, managers, HR and mentors
Develop toolkits for all stakeholders (employees, managers, HR and mentors)
Design and run a day-long integration seminar
