Mandate: Support new LVMH Holding employees through redesigned integration process


  • Design integration process for new employees structured around four stages:

    • Before arrival: prepare and inspire
    • Arrival day and 1st month: discover and get-to-know period
    • From 1st month to end of trial period: put into practice
    • Post-trial period: develop and achieve greater autonomy
  • Establish a support system via mentoring

  • Launch a joint digital integration platform for employees, managers, HR and mentors

  • Develop toolkits for all stakeholders (employees, managers, HR and mentors)

  • Design and run a day-long integration seminar
